No backup file. It has only data for transactions.

There is a Wallet Backup and a Blockchain. The Blockchain is the list of transactions (very big file, many GigaByte). The Wallet contains Key Address Data and is a small file. You NEED to backup the Wallet file on different areas, because if it gets corupted, you will lose EVERYTHING. This file is VERY important.
