Funds sent to incorrect address, still unspent 3 months later

no idea where i even got the address from, but was attempting to send to Bittrex before Xmas last year and it somehow ended up at the wrong address
coins are still unspent confirmed by stupid error

is there any hope of getting these back at all guys?

There really isn’t, unless you contact Bittrex and hope your coins arrived to them or one of their addresses they own.

You can prove you own the sending address with your public key, but first you need to know if Bittrex received such a transaction ID.
