Is it normal to wait new transaction to wallet over 12 hours when created new receiving address as recommended?

First transaction 499,5 rdd took about 30 seconds from Cryptopia to my receiving address in my Reddcoin core wallet.

Then i made a mistake by making NEW RECEIVING ADDRESS for new transaction as in wallet instructions.

Now 15036 rdd have been PROCESSING about 12 hours in this new receiving address.

How can i recommend this to my friends and spread the word if it doesn’t work?

This is because the exchange is still PROCESSING your transaction. Once it’s confirmed then you will receive your RDD. Contact Cryptopia support.
