Hello all,
I recently signed up because I am experiencing issues with the new redd id chrome extension. I ordered the redd id, paid the RDD, then I clicked “register,” which gave me an “error sending register transaction” message. I guess I did not wait for the order transaction to confirm when I clicked “register”. Now I don’t have access to the redd id that I paid for. The “order” and “register” buttons are now greyed out and the wallet continues to say “waiting for first tx confirmation” and it’s stuck there.
Anyone here that can help me claim my redd id?
