Avoid cryptopia.co.nz if you want to withdraw your RDD

It is impossible to withdraw 10 or more RDD from cryptopia. They just get stuck in the queue. Opening a support ticket gets you a canned response saying they are 28 days behind in responding to tickets.

Beware!

Hopefully the developers will confirm and remove them from the reddcoin web site so no one else gets bitten.

Ive never had this problem? I’ve been using cryptopia for over 2 months now and did multiple withdraws??

WillemDik WEll, when is the last time you tried? I tried yesterday and today. But, since this post, 2 of the 4 stuck withdraws have just gone through. The earliest attempts are still stuck. I guess I’ll try another test to see if I can get more out.

Well, looks like they cleared up the problem with withdraws, almost. I just withdrew everything in 2 large installments and they went through in a few minutes as one would expect. Two of the first test withdraws are still stuck, so I guess I’ll have to wait up to the 28 estimated days for support to manually force them out. But, they’re small.
