Two comments:
1 - Is anyone else as puzzled as I am about what the 21 hardware product actually is. Even their own publicity on the topic seems very muddled.
2 - Elephant in room alert - a successful micropayments platform would need to support a high transaction rate - ahem - Reddcoin scalability ???
I answered (2) before myself with the comment that this would be a nice problem to have and that the community would have plenty of techniques to borrow that would have been developed for and proven by other coins when that future time arrives in the imagined world of this particular thought experiment.
