Android Wallets are on the list for some bright developer to code in future. Until then we have the Official Wallets on the Reddcoin.com website. I did a google search and found Android version available from a website in Hong Kong but as the code is not vetted it would be a risk to use. Github has a defunct Repo for some work that was started on by some one but it is not being updated.
