It's time to create a Reddcoin tip button and put it everywhere on Internet

Dear fellow Reddheads:

You can now generate Reddcoin tip buttons at https://www.reddcoin.com/tipbutton. The tip buttons are designed to work with the Reddcoin browser wallet. It’s time to put the buttons in as many places on Internet as possible, e.g. forum signatures, email signatures, blog posts, forum posts.

EDIT: tralf just told me that the tip button is not fully supported by the browser wallet just yet. So for now please focus on testing and giving feedback on the functionality of the wallet itself. Thanks.

Hi,

Some questions;
" The tip buttons are designed to work with the browser wallet". Is the browser wallet the 1.4.0.0 wallet?
How do I use it?
I know I am very non-technical, but unfortunately more people are.

Is there somewhere a “how to install/use tipbuttons” explanation available for people like me.

Thanks laudney, is it possible to add 1 more size to the button generator?
I think it needs an additional smallest setting of 126x48 so to generate an image the same size as the original image that was posted.

artiscience You have some kind of problem your tipping button on your website doesn’t call my wallet. Just the website. If this is the objective forget my post! :smiley:

artiscience The tip buttons laudney linked are not functional with the browser wallet. We need to coordinate it a bit better. For now, on your website, just use this HTML:

The tip button alongwith the browser wallet are an essential feature required to start tipping on a large scale. Hope that will perfectly work soon

rehctelf Hi - yea, I too get sent-to the chrome extension page even tho I have the tip extension installed and running. Perhaps remove the buttons untill we know what is going on - would be a shame to waist the early adopter / interested party clicks…

Perhaps the button needs a “what is this” link to explain to the unindoctrinated masses what Reddcoin is / help spread the word

hmm interesting alls working for me, im going to start a thread to help get all these bugs organized.

on a side note you forgot one of the d’s in reddcoin in your signutre
